For the requirements under Article 9.7.4, the Interconnection Customer shall design and operate the Large Generating Facility in accordance with this LGIA and the ANPP Switchyard Hassayampa Interconnection Agreement, and in the event of a conflict shall follow the higher standard set by either agreement. In the event of a conflict, the Parties and SRP shall use Good Utility Practice and Reasonable Efforts to reach a mutual understanding to resolve the issue.
