Security Law definition

Security Law means the Security Interests (Jersey) Law 2012;
Security Law has the meaning ascribed thereto in the introduction to this Agreement; [“[ ] Customs” the [ ] Administration of Customs;] “[ ] AFE” the [ ] Municipal Administration of Foreign Exchange; “[ ] AIC” the [ ] Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce; “[ ] BLR” [ ] Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources; and “[ ] REAC” the [ ] Municipal Real Estate Administration Commission.
Security Law has the meaning set forth in Section 14.01(f) hereof.
