By Engineer. If Engineer’s services are substantially delayed through no fault of Engineer, Engineer may, after giving seven days written notice to Owner, suspend services under this Agreement.

By Engineer. If Engineer’s services are substantially delayed through no fault of Engineer, and such delay continues for fifteen (15) days after providing notice of delay in writing to Owner, Engineer then may, after giving seven (7) days written notice to Owner, suspend services under this Agreement.
