Conduct of Services. All work shall be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner.
Conduct of Services. Consultant shall dedicate such reasonable time and efforts as may be required in order to fulfil its obligations hereunder. The Consultant represents and warrants to IMI that it shall provide the services described herein in a cooperative fashion, promptly, efficiently in accordance with standards of quality acceptable to IMI acting reasonably, and in a good and workmanlike manner.

Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the Commission harmless for any loss, claim or suit against the Commission from Tenant’s failure of compliance.

Conduct of Services. 2.1Arrayjet will maintain industry standards of professional conduct in the performance of the Study and in the preparation of all related reports. Arrayjet and Immunome will adhere to all material government laws, rules and regulations considered reasonably applicable to the conduct of the Study (“Applicable Law”).
Conduct of Services. All installation/implementation services shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with good practices prevalent in the information technology industry. If Licensee determines that any GRA technician is not appropriate for the work based on such GRA technician’s skills or background and experience, GRA shall make a commercially reasonable effort to assign another qualified GRA technician.
