CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST. On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist. This will be a separate list from permanent employees and shall have as its sole purpose to track length of service with the Board. Further, the list shall have no other force or effect on local collective agreements other than those that may already exist for casual/temporary employees in the 2008-12 local collective agreement.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Casual employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to such benefits as are contained in the “Addendum - Casual Employees”.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.
