Procurement Directive means the EU Consolidated Public Procurement Directive. “The Regulations” means the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended. “Relevant Contract” means a contract to which these Contract Standing Orders apply. “Remedies Directive” means the EU Remedies Directive.
