The J. C.C. members from the Local Union shall consist of the Executive Committee.
The J. A.T.C. shall meet once a month at a time and place it determines.
The J. J.E.C. shall meet semi-annually to jointly review any Job Evaluation Reconsiderations. Where the review results in an upward adjustment to the wage rate, the wage rate shall be adjusted effective the date the request for reconsideration was received by the Human Resources Department.
The J. S.C. shall publish and distribute its calculations to all Staff Assignment Advisory Committees (S.A.A.C.). Upon the request of a S.A.A.C., one or more representatives of the Joint Staffing Committee shall meet with the S.A.A.C. to answer questions and review that school's staff allocation.
The J. O.S.H. Committee established by this Agreement may evaluate changes in specifications for protective clothing, equipment, tools, appliances and apparatus that relate to safety, before implementation by the Division, and may issue advisory reports to the Director of the Division concerning such changes. The Committee shall be notified in advance of any proposed changes to the above-mentioned specifications.
The J. J.E.C. will consist of a maximum of three (3) representatives from the employer and a maximum of three (3) representatives from the local union, and the Co-Chairs. The J. S.C. shall regularly review its Class Size Limits. Annual adjustments to its Class Size Limits and other parameters shall be determined by the J.S.C. prior to the allocation of staff.
