Negotiations Committee. H.3 At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.
Negotiations Committee. At all central bargaining meetings with the Employer representatives the Union will be represented by the OSBCC negotiations committee. The union will be consulted prior to the tendering process for the broader central bargaining location. The tendering process shall be conducted in accordance with the OPS Procurement Directive.
Negotiations Committee a) The Union Negotiations Committee is composed of three (3) members named by the Union.
Negotiations Committee. A list of members of the LCTA Negotiations Committee shall be provided to the Director of Labor and Employee Relations by April 1 of each year. Up to eight (8) members of such committee shall be provided temporary duty for negotiations that are scheduled during the school day.
Negotiations Committee a) The Union Negotiations Committee is composed of four (4) members named by the Union.
Negotiations Committee. A Negotiations Committee shall be appointed by the Union and consist of not more than three (3) regular employees, who have completed their probationary period. The Union will advise the Employer as to the Union nominees on the Committee at least seven (7) days before bargaining commences.
Negotiations Committee. For the purposes of negotiations between the parties, the Board shall recognise a Negotiating Committee of up to three (3) members of the Association, plus an outside consultant if desired. Meetings held between the parties for the purpose of negotiating renewals to this collective agreement up to and including conciliation will be held during normal working hours whenever possible, and committee members will suffer no loss in pay or benefits for time spent in such meetings. The Association acknowledges that the Committee members have regular duties which must be performed on behalf of the Employer and that such employees will not leave their regular duties without obtaining permission to do so from their Superintendent or designate. Permission to leave their regular duties will not be unreasonably withheld by the affected Superintendent or designate.
Negotiations Committee. A Negotiations Committee may be selected by the Union. Negotiation sessions will be held at a time mutually agreed to by the District and the Union. Employees serving on the Negotiations Committee may be released from work duties, with pay, if negotiation sessions are held during their normal working hours.
Negotiations Committee. There shall be a maximum of seven (7) official representatives of the Union, designated to attend any negotiation meetings with District Management which are mutually scheduled by both parties. Reasonable release time will be provided, and this release time will not be subject to the provisions of Section 4.3.
Negotiations Committee. The Hospital will recognize a Negotiating Committee of four (4) employees employed by the Hospital.
