Negotiations Committee. H.3 At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.

Negotiations Committee. At all central bargaining meetings with the Employer representatives the Union will be represented by the OSBCC negotiations committee. The union will be consulted prior to the tendering process for the broader central bargaining location. The tendering process shall be conducted in accordance with the OPS Procurement Directive.

Permission to leave their regular duties will not be unreasonably withheld by the affected Superintendent or designate.

Negotiations Committee. A Negotiations Committee may be selected by the Union. Negotiation sessions will be held at a time mutually agreed to by the District and the Union. Employees serving on the Negotiations Committee may be released from work duties, with pay, if negotiation sessions are held during their normal working hours.
