Relief Employee Sample Clauses

Relief Employee. The term “relief employee” shall be an employee working on a year round basis, offered at least forty (40) hours of work per week in the Terminal Department, and eighty (80) hours of work in the Deck Department per work period, to relieve employees who are not scheduled for work or to work various assigned shifts. A Relief Deck employee has all necessary qualifications and documents to work any and all routes.

Relief Employee. Employees who have been hired to relieve any employee for any duration of time.

Relief employees are entitled to the same benefits afforded part-time employees, including the utilization of seniority in all relevant articles.
