Xxxx leave compensation. Sick Leave can be accumulated without limit. Upon retirement or separation from Whitehall District Schools the Board will pay a severance into a 403(b) an amount equal to $50 per day in excess of ninety (90) days in their Sick Leave Balance. The amount will not exceed $7500.
Xxxx leave compensation. Upon retirement from the district after fifteen (15) years of service in West Windsor- Plainsboro Schools, one shall be compensated at 1-1/2 times the then highest current per diem substitute teacher’s pay for his/her/accumulated sick leave.
