Sick Leave Incentive. Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

Sick Leave Incentive. The City will institute a sick leave incentive based on the usage of the bargaining unit; further, the City will pay each person who qualifies during January of each year. The incentive will be calculated and monitored by the Personnel Department and will be based on the pay periods during a calendar year. The incentive shall be awarded only when the bargaining unit's average sick leave usage is less than the City average and the following conditions are met: When the bargaining unit's sick leave usage is greater than forty (40) hours but less than the City average, the City will pay each member using between zero (0) and sixteen (16) hours of sick leave, eight (8) hours pay and any member using more than sixteen (16) but equal to or less than twenty-four (24) hours, four (4) hours pay. When the bargaining unit's average sick leave usage is equal to or less than forty (40) hours, the City will pay each member who used between zero (0) and sixteen (16) hours, sixteen (16) hours of pay at their current hourly rate. Those members who used more than sixteen (16) but equal to or less than twenty-four (24) hours, will receive eight (8) hours of pay.
Sick Leave Incentive. At the end of each school year, each teacher will receive sick leave incentive based upon the following number of maximum days absent: 0 days of absence per year - $500.00 1 day of absence per year - 400.00 2 days of absence per year - 300.00 3 days of absence per year - 200.00
Sick Leave Incentive. An employee with perfect attendance for a six month period (no sick leave, no worker compensation lost time, no leave without pay, no unauthorized absence, leave or no other no-pay status), shall receive a $300 payment for the six month period (prorated for part time). The six month period will be a rolling period.

Sick Leave Incentive. An Employee who is assigned to shift work in a 24-hour facility and who does not utilize sick leave for a calendar quarter shall receive credit for eight (8) hours of administrative leave. Those Employers that have sick leave incentive programs in place that are more generous may maintain those programs.

(2014-15) Beginning 2012-13 upon resignation from the district or qualifying for Oklahoma Teacher’s Retirement, certified teachers shall receive a lump sum benefit equal to his/her accumulated and unused sick leave up to 120 days at the following rates: For teachers with 11 to 19 complete years of employment with Xxxxx Public Schools a rate of $40.00 per day (2014-15); For teachers with 20 to 24 complete years of employment with Xxxxx Public Schools a rate of $45.00 per day(2014-15); For teachers with 25 or more complete years of employment with Xxxxx Public Schools a rate of $50.00 per day; (2014-15) Only sick leave days earned while in the employment of Xxxxx Public Schools will be eligible for the sick leave incentive. Sick leave days transferred from another school district shall be utilized prior to sick leave days earned in the employment of Xxxxx Public Schools. (2008-09)
