Perform Services. District may, without terminating this Agreement, and as to all or a portion of the Basic Services or Additional Services, terminate Consultant’s employment, discontinue the Consultant’s performance, and/or take over and arrange for performance of such Basic Services and Additional Services by others, reserving to itself all rights to recover all losses and damages related thereto.
Perform Services beyond the scope of the SLA - this extra service will be in accordance to IAA's written demand. The Supplier is entitled to charge IAA additional payment for time and materials to such service. The price will be in accordance to the prices and tariffs as stipulated in the Contract and the updated Price Proposal attached to it.

Perform Services. In the event Vendor cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will: Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement. Perform Services. Borrower shall perform all obligations of Borrower with respect to the goods or services, the sale or lease or rendition of which gave rise or will give rise to each Account;
Perform Services. The Engineering Division shall retain its right to perform work on Utility owned fleet assets. Such work shall be recorded in the Fleet CMMS to have complete vehicle maintenance history records. A Fleet Foreperson shall be informed of such work, if any in order to input into CMMS.
