Vendors. (a) The Customer may invite Vendors to submit responses to tenders on ProcurePro. (b) Vendors are able to access tenders in ProcurePro via an invitation link. There is no requirement for Vendors to pay fees to access ProcurePro. (c) There is no limit or restriction to the number of Vendors or tender submission requests that the Customer may make or receive under this Agreement.
