School District Contribution. The District will continue its present par ticipation in the premium cost of life insurance coverage, but in no case shall this be less than approximately onehalf (½) of such premium cost.
School District Contribution. The School District will contribute a percentage of the contributions as defined in this Article toward the premiums of the group insurance programs, determined by the percentage of the 8-hour day and 190-day year worked by the part-time personnel.
School District Contribution. The School District will pay a matching contribution of up to 1.0% of teacher’s salary. The contribution by the School District will be calculated on the teacher’s basic salary, including extended contract pay, but shall not include extra-curricular, coordinator, 6th assignments, or other additional stipends. Full matching of the School District contribution by the teacher is required for participation in the program.
School District Contribution. The amount of the school district match contribution shall be up to $500 for each eligible child nutrition employee who works at least 8 hours per day. Eligible child nutrition employees who work less than 8 hours per day are eligible for a pro-rata match contribution using the same formula as is described for insurance in Article VIII, Section 3. The lifetime maximum contribution for any employee is $6,000. The match contribution amount for the year will not be adjusted for employees that change hours after September 15 of each year.
School District Contribution. Effective July 1, 2018, the amount of the school district match contribution shall be up to $600 for each eligible paraprofessional employee who works at least 8 hours per day. Eligible paraprofessional employees who work less than 8 hours per day are eligible for a pro-rata match contribution using the same formula as is described for insurance in Article VIII, Section 3. The lifetime maximum contribution for any employee is $6,000. The match contribution amount for the year will not be adjusted for employees that change hours after September 15 of each year.
School District Contribution. The amount of the school district match contribution shall be up to $750.00 for each bus driver who in total has an 8 hour per day am and/or pm package and for each bus monitor that is regularly scheduled to work 8 hours per day. Drivers with less than an 8 hour per day package and monitors who are regularly scheduled to work less than 8 hours are eligible for a pro-rata match contribution using the same formula as is described for insurance in Article V, Section 4. The lifetime maximum contribution for any employee is $6,000. The match contribution amount for the year will not be adjusted for employees that add packages or increase hours after September 15 of each year.
School District Contribution. For the 2022-2023 school year, the amount of the school district match contribution shall be $1,200 for full time 12 month employees and $1,000 per year for full time less than 12 month employees. Part time employees will receive pro-rata contributions. If an employee begins employment after the regular school year start date for the position or resigns employment mid-year, the contribution will be pro-rated.
School District Contribution. For the 2020-21 year, the School District will contribute a match up to $3,500. For the 2021-22 year, the School District will contribute a match up to $4,000.
School District Contribution. The District will contribute the full monthly premium for each teacher employed in a .50 FTE position or greater. Teachers will be automatically enrolled in the Long Term Disability (LTD) benefit the first day of active employment. The LTD plan will provide income up to 66 2/3% of the employee’s salary to a maximum annual covered salary of $82,500 and maximum monthly benefit of $4,584 after satisfying the waiting period of 60 calendar days of disability.
