Vacation Credit. Any outstanding vacation entitlement for a person going on LTD will be paid in cash upon expiry of sick leave. The cash payment will be calculated on the base earnings at the expiration of sick leave for the prorated days of vacation entitlement, any outstanding lieu days, any outstanding floating statutory holidays, and banked time for 40-hour per week employees. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.
Vacation Credit i. With supervisor approval, the employee may choose to be paid for all remaining earned vacation from the prior year in either of the following ways:

Vacation Credit. On July 1 of each year, each employee shall be credited with his/her annual vacation allowance for the year in accordance with the schedules of allowance listed below:
Vacation Credit. Bargaining unit members who are eligible for vacation leave shall be credited vacation leave pro rata in accordance with Paragraph (C) above for each completed full month of service. At the option of the employee, up to five (5) days of unused vacation may be carried over to the next year and employees may also be paid for up to five (5) days unused vacation. No more than five (5) days may be carried over from one year to the next and no more than five (5) days will be paid unless more are approved by the Superintendent. Earned bonus days can be used as part of the optional 5-day carry-over of unused vacation days/or paid days.
Vacation Credit. 1. Employees will earn vacation at the end of a pay period assuming they were in paid status for the entire pay period.
Vacation Credit. Vacation credit for eligible employees is earned each vacation accrual period (two consecutive bi-weekly pay periods) based on the number of hours on pay status for that vacation accrual period at a rate determined by the length of qualifying service. Employees must be on pay status at least one-half (1/2) the working hours of a vacation accrual period to earn vacation credit for that period.
Vacation Credit. Vacation credit will be granted for each year an employee works in a position earning a vacation. The anniversary date for vacation credit will be September 1. If, after September 1, an employee begins working in a position that accrues vacation, the first partial year will be counted as year one for earned vacation credit. Year-round positions during the 2002-2003 school year will remain year-round positions. Grandfathered employees will qualify for vacation credit when their posted hours reach 1,440 in either a year-round position or a regular part-time position regardless of hours worked at the time the position was grandfathered. When employees transfer from a position where no vacation credit is earned to a position earning vacation, the hours worked in the former position will be totaled to determine the number of years of employment for vacation credit. The total accumulated hours divided by 1,440 will determine the years of vacation credit. No credit will be given for partial years.
Vacation Credit. For every 12 months of continuous enrollment, you may take a single week of vacation without paying tuition for that week. This must be taken as a week- long block.
