Use of Our Service. TransX provides a place for Users to find and negotiate deals and discounts on restaurants, food and beverages, entertainment, consumer products, and travel-related services. Users can also use TransX Services to share their deals and recommendations with friends and family.

The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your Service account without recourse and should NOT be done: (1) sending unsolicited email messages that contain ANY email or web addresses from your account to online users, (2) posting messages that contain your Service addresses in Usenet Newsgroups that are unrelated to your product or service(s) forging your "From" Address in an email message, or newsgroup posting, with your Service addresses, giving the impression that the message or posting originated from XxxxxxXxxxXxxxxxxXxxxxx.xxx or its affiliated sites. You agree to be bound by our Acceptable Use Policy, as appended hereto, and as we may amend from time to time in our discretion. If for any reason DNHD is unable to charge your payment method for the full amount owed DNHD for the Services provided, or if DNHD is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to the payment method, you agree that DNHD may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. If you pay by credit card and if for any reason DNHD is unable to charge your credit card with the full amount of the services provided, or if DNHD is charged back for any fee it previously charged to the credit card you provided, you agree that DNHD may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. You agree that among the remedies DNHD may pursue in order to effect payment, shall include but will not be limited to, immediate cancellation without notice to You of any domain names or Services registered or renewed on your behalf. DNHD reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for administrative tasks outside the scope of its regular Services, including additional costs that it may incur in providing the Services and pass along to you. Use of Our Service. The Service is a place that provides information about: our Company; our Company’s real estate professional services; and our Company’s real estate development projects, which include luxury hotels and planned residential communities. The Service is for informational purposes only. IG grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in this Agreement, provided that: (i) you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose; and (iii) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Customer will pay the recurring subscription fees and other fees set forth in this proposal or in the on-line fee schedule provided at the time of sign up (“Fees”). All Fees are due when the order is placed.

Use of Our Service. The Service is a place that enables Users to obtain information about our Company, its class action settlement services, and other products, services and resources provided and made available by CPT Group. Users are able to view case documents for cases where our Company has been appointed the settlement administrator to monitor progress of such cases. For Users who are eligible under the settlement agreement for a particular case to receive a designated amount of the settlement, including the named Plaintiff(s) in the case (each a “Class Member”), the Service further enables such Class Members to file a claim or check on their payment status via a restricted section of the Service accessed via a secure login. The Service also enables attorneys involved in a class action case who are seeking an administrator to submit information to us and request a proposal from us in connection with our services. CPT Group’s goal is to create an online resource to give Users, customers, attorneys, and Class Members available access to the information they may need pursuant to prospective, actual, and prior class action settlement dispositions. CPT Group grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in this Agreement, provided that: (i) you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose; and (iii) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Use of Our Service. TalkingPoints offers an application that supports schools and teachers to meaningfully communicate with families through SMS messaging in their own languages and provides a tool by which teachers and schools can send and receive SMS messages with automatic translation, and also curated set of SMS messages that teachers can send to families.
