Transfer Policy definition

Transfer Policy is defined in Section 4.1.

  • The Board shall not approve, and the Company shall not recognize for any purpose, any purported Transfer of Units unless and until the Transfer Restrictions, consisting of the provisions of this Section and the Unit Transfer Policy, have been satisfied or the Board has by resolution specifically waived any unsatisfied provision, condition or restriction.

  • For a bulk transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of the Transfer Policy, Registrar shall pay PIR US $0 (for transfer of 50,000 names or fewer) or US $50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names).
