Case documents means documents supplied to members by parties in connection with a case or othermatter inwhichmembers are engagedbutdoesnotincludedocumentswhich also constitute e- mailcommunications and/or work productand/or judicial documents and/orexpertreports; ‘Contact details’ means the name, e-mail address, address, employer, job title, telephone numbers and similar information relating to parties

More Definitions of Case documents

Case documents means copies of statements, reports and such like drawn up by police or judicial bodies that are made available to the defence, as well as copies of documents seized by others than the client. However, the term ’case documents’ specifically excludes the written pleading of the client’s advocate and documents provided by the client himself that are put in the case file.
