Notwithstanding the above, the District shall be allowed uninterrupted access over the Restricted Section at any and all times.

In the event any action undertaken by District in the Restricted Section require relocation of Improvements either on a temporary or permanent basis, Tenant shall remove Tenant’s installations, improvements, or facilities which cannot be adequately accommodated within the modified Restricted Section, if any, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
Tenant must comply with the County’s Property Permit process prior to its use of the Restricted Section.
