Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit. a. If an employee assumes an excluded position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain their seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit but will not accumulate any further seniority for the purposes of this Collective Agreement during employment in an excluded position.
