Summer Hours of Work. Summer hours for Calendar Year employees other than caretakers, maintenance tradespersons, mechanics, lead mechanic, and garage helper will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. with no scheduled meal break.
Summer Hours of Work. A four (4) day week for maintenance and caretaking employees shall be undertaken for the months of July and August on an optional basis by location. The Board retains the right to designate school locations that are not suitable for a four (4) day week operation.
Summer Hours of Work. From the first Monday in May (daylights savings) through the last week that contains October, a ten (10) hour workday and a four (4) day work week shall commence. The County Engineer/ Public Works Director may, at his/her discretion, grant all or such portion of summer hours as best serves the County's business purposes. Advance written notice of ten (10) working days shall be made to commence and end a ten (10) hour workday schedule for any given employee. Should a holiday, vacation or sick day occur while an employee is working under the benefits of this section, said employee shall be given credit for ten (10) hours holiday, vacation or sick time. When the 4th of July (Independence Day) falls on Friday, Thursday the 3rd shall be the holiday.
Summer Hours of Work. The Board agrees to a four (4) day summer work week in lieu of time previously worked in accordance with the terms and conditions in the Minutes of Agreement dated November 27, 2001, agreed by the parties. It is recognized that the Employer may terminate this practice but only after the Union has had reasonable opportunity to make representations.

This agreement applies to those Employees who are assigned to work on the field crews in ENMAX Power Corporation Field Services and ENMAX Power Services Corporation Field Services. Other interested work groups can apply for the similar provisions by submitting a request to the Employee Relations Council no later than March 1st each year. Determination will be based upon mutual agreement and subject to operational needs. The parties agree to establish the following provisions:

With the approval of the Airport Manager, Airport Linemen shall be allowed to work a four (4) day, forty (40) hour per week work schedule, from May 1st through September 30th of each year. The schedule shall include a day shift and an evening shift to accommodate the additional air traffic.
