SUMMER WORK WEEK Clause Samples

The SUMMER WORK WEEK clause defines a modified work schedule that applies during the summer months, typically allowing employees to work different hours or fewer days per week compared to the standard schedule. For example, it may permit employees to work longer hours Monday through Thursday in exchange for a shorter workday or a day off on Friday. This clause is designed to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance during the summer, and can help boost employee morale and productivity while ensuring business needs are still met.
