Meal Break. B5.9 Unless there are exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, an employee will not be required to work for more than five hours without a break for a meal of at least thirty minutes duration. Meal breaks will not count as time worked unless specifically provided for in this Agreement.

Meal Break. Employees working 5 hours or more per day may elect to take an unpaid meal break of 30 minutes. The time of taking meal breaks will be determined by the employer after consultation with the employee(s) concerned.
