Submission of Forms. It will be the unit member’s responsibility to submit all completed forms, records of activities, and required signatures to the Commission as necessary for the timely renewal of the unit member’s credential. This article is intended for the purpose of suspension to replace the provision of Education Code Section 44944 but shall not apply to suspension pursuant to Education Code Sections 44939, 44940, and 44942.

Submission of Forms. All proposals must be completed in ink or typewritten, on the forms provided by the contracting entity prior to contract award. Any erasures or other changes must be initialed by the individual signing the proposal. The non- discrimination statement must be completed prior to pricing agreement/contract award. The anti-collusion affidavit must be executed by the proposer or an authorized representative and notarized prior to pricing agreement/contract award. The notarization must contain: [1] the notary's signature [2] jurisdiction where notarization took place (i.e., State of , County of ), [3] date of notarization, [4] the notary's commission expiration date [5] the notary's commission number (Oklahoma) [6] the notarial seal and [7] comply with all other applicable laws.
Submission of Forms. All Contractor personnel requiring facility or IT system access, may be responsible to fill out and complete security HSPD-12 forms and fingerprint cards prior to being allowed access. GSA will provide detailed instructions on the HSPD-12 process, the forms to be submitted, and the handling of the forms after the contract has been awarded. Depending on the level of responsiveness and timeliness of individual Contractor personnel, a maximum of seven (7) days is expected for the completion and submission of all forms by the applicant for review through the GSA. More importantly, however, the Contractor and the single Point of Contact (POC) managing all employees has the responsibility to submit applications in a timely fashion so as not to delay any project activities or the overall project schedule. Initiation of the suitability investigation forms are required to be provided for all applicants a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to access being required without the need for a HSPD-12 credential, or sixty (60) days prior to access being required when a HSPD-12 credential is required. Access requirements by Contractor personnel shall be based on the contract time performance requirements, and the planned activities on the approved project schedule. The Contracting Officer or their Designated Representative will notify the Contractor in writing if any Contractor personnel receive an unfavorable decision on their background investigation, and effective immediately; the individual will no longer be allowed to work on the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for planning and scheduling its work in such a manner as to account for the facility or IT access investigation requirement time frames. Difficulties encountered by the Contractor’s personnel in gaining access when required by not fulfilling application requirements in a timely manner shall not be an excuse for Contractor non performance under the contract, or the granting of any time extensions.
Submission of Forms. All of the forms listed in paragraph 5, part A shall be completed and submitted prior to the first day of the beginning of the SSTP.

EACH OF BIONOVA AND SAVIA IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION THAT IT MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN SUCH A COURT AND ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN SUCH A COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.

  • Execution of Further Documents Each party agrees to execute and deliver without further consideration any further applications, licenses, assignments or other documents, and to perform such other lawful acts as the other party may reasonably require to fully secure and/or evidence the rights or interests herein.

Subscribers may not submit an initial purchase order until at least five (5) business days after the date on which the subscriber receives a copy of the Prospectus. The Final Review Office will in turn, by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Final Review Office, transmit such Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment for deposit to Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. as set forth in the Eligibility Form or as otherwise directed by the Company.

  • Submission of Amendment The submission of this Amendment to the parties or their agents or attorneys for review or signature does not constitute a commitment by Agent or any Lender to waive any of their respective rights and remedies under the Loan Documents, and this Amendment shall have no binding force or effect until all of the conditions to the effectiveness of this Amendment have been satisfied as set forth herein.

To the extent that the Company or any of its properties, assets or revenues may have or hereafter become entitled to, or have attributed to it, any right of immunity, on the grounds of sovereignty or otherwise, from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from the giving of any relief in any respect thereof, from setoff or counterclaim, from the jurisdiction of any court, from service of process, from attachment upon or prior to judgment, from attachment in aid of execution or judgment, or other legal process or proceeding for the giving of any relief or for the enforcement of any judgment, in any jurisdiction in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, with respect to its obligations, liabilities or any other matter under or arising out of or in connection with the Shares or Deposited Securities, the American Depositary Shares, the Receipts or the Deposit Agreement, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives, and agrees not to plead or claim, any such immunity and consents to such relief and enforcement.

  • Governing Law; Submission to Jurisdiction; Appointment of Agent for Service of Process This Agreement and the legal relations among the parties shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The Company and Indemnitee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally (i) agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought only in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (the “Delaware Court”), and not in any other state or federal court in the United States of America or any court in any other country, (ii) consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware Court for purposes of any action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, (iii) waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such action or proceeding in the Delaware Court, and (iv) waive, and agree not to plead or to make, any claim that any such action or proceeding brought in the Delaware Court has been brought in an improper or otherwise inconvenient forum.
