Election Form definition

Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
Election Form means the Form attached as Exhibit 1.
Election Form shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

  • This Election Form must be received by the end of the Election Period, which is at 5.00 p.m. on 15 January 2024.

  • Each Entitled Depository Agent is permitted to submit only one Election Form and any subsequent submission of any Election Forms will be disregarded and deemed as invalid.
