Submission of Amendment. The submission of this Amendment to the parties or their agents or attorneys for review or signature does not constitute a commitment by Agent or any Lender to waive any of their respective rights and remedies under the Loan Documents, and this Amendment shall have no binding force or effect until all of the conditions to the effectiveness of this Amendment have been satisfied as set forth herein.
Submission of Amendment. The submission by Landlord to Tenant of this Agreement shall have no binding force or effect, shall not constitute an option for the leasing of the Premises, nor confer any rights or impose any obligations upon either party until the execution thereof by Landlord and the delivery of an executed original copy thereof to Tenant or its representative.
Submission of Amendment. Submission of this instrument for examination shall not bind Landlord and no duty or obligation on Landlord shall arise under this instrument until this instrument is signed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant.

This Amendment shall become effective and binding only upon execution and delivery hereof by Landlord and Xxxxxx. No act or omission of any officer, employee or agent of Landlord or Tenant shall alter, change or modify any of the provisions hereof.

This Amendment shall become effective and binding only upon execution and delivery hereof by Sublessor and Subtenant. No act or omission of any officer, employee or agent of Sublessor or Subtenant shall alter, change or modify any of the provisions hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this Amendment is subject to approval by any lender having a security interest in the Property, it shall not be binding upon Sublessor until such approval is obtained.

Any Party shall submit all requests for alterations, additions or deletions of the terms of this Agreement or any attachment to it to the Austin Department, with a copy to the Representatives for consideration. Requests for alterations, additions or deletions of the terms of this Agreement by any Party shall be submitted to the Austin Department, with a copy to the Austin Purchasing Officer.
