Staff Vetting. Personnel security vetting is designed to provide Departments with appropriate levels of assurance about all those employees who, in the course of their work, require access to sensitive Government information, or other important or valuable assets. The vetting process involves investigation of an individual’s circumstances to identify anything that might lead them to commit a security breach. Please note that a condition of award for all potential supplier staff, to be carried out after the intention to Award Notification but before the commencement date, is completion of the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). BPSS is a mandatory staff vetting procedure for each member of contractor (and sub-contractor) staff who have access to Departmental Assets. Department Assets are defined as premises, systems, information or data.
Staff Vetting. Procedures The Supplier shall in respect of each member (or prospective member) of the Supplier Staff to be given access to the Customer’s Assets, (defined as premises, systems, information or data), at the Commencement Date, verify the four elements within the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard. During the Contract Period (where applicable) the Supplier acknowledges that some roles may require different levels of UK Security Clearance. The Supplier shall ensure that it complies with any additional staff vetting procedures or Standards as shall be notified to it by the Customer from time to time. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that they have read the Order Form and the Call-Off Terms and by signing below agree to be bound by this Contract. In accordance with paragraph S-9 of Framework Schedule 4 (Call-Off Procedure), the Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that this Contract shall be formed when the Customer acknowledges the receipt of the signed copy of the Order Form from the Supplier within two (2) Working Days from receipt (the “Call-Off Effective Date”).

Redrock’s Security Policy is to implement CRB checks for all staff and sub-contractors, who have a reason or need to visit/work at any Public sector building or site. All new Employees that fall into this category will be CRB checked. All new Sub Contractors will similarly be CRB checked and as a part of the quality selection procedure before utilisation of their services to Redrock.

  • DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING 11.1 The parties agree that the maintenance of a drug/alcohol free work place is a goal of both the College and the Union. Employees are prohibited from possession, consumption and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance/alcohol while on the College’s premises or during time paid by the employer. Violations of this prohibition may result in a disciplinary action up to and including termination.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.
