Relevant Staff definition

Relevant Staff means any and all employees, staff, workers, agents, contractors and consultants who are (or are to be) engaged by the Beneficiary to provide a Regulated Activity;

Relevant Staff means employees and sub-contractors involved in providing the Services and named in the relevant Schedule or otherwise agreed to in writing by GSK;

Relevant Staff means any personnel employed by the Supplier wholly or mainly in connection with the provision of the Services;

More Definitions of Relevant Staff

Relevant Staff means all employees and other staff (including without limitation temporary and casual workers and agency staff as defined by Regulation 3 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 as amended by the Agency Workers Regulations 2011, and whether such staff are engaged or employed on a full or part time basis, but not including unpaid volunteers, interns or apprentices), who are employed or engaged on the Services for 2 or more hours of work in any given day in a week, for 8 or more consecutive weeks in a year.;

Relevant Staff means all employees and other staff(including without limitation temporary and casual workers and agency staff as defined by Regulation 3 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 as amended by the Agency Workers (Amendment) Regulations 2011, and whether such staff are engaged or employed on a full or part time basis, but not including unpaid volunteers, interns or apprentices), who are employed or engaged on the Services for 2 or more hours of work in any given day in a week, for 8 or more consecutive weeks in a year and who provide those Services outside the Greater London area.

Relevant Staff means employees and sub-contractors involved in providing the Services under this Agreement;

Relevant Staff means any member of staff who is employed, or engaged, to provide medical treatment to patients, assist in the provision of such treatment or assist patients to access medical treatment;

Relevant Staff means employees and sub-contractors involved in providing the Testing Services and such sub-contractors shall be named in the relevant Exhibit or otherwise agreed to in writing by RGI.
