The Supplier will ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Supplier to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of a police check or through the Criminal Records Bureau check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of any part of the Services.
The Supplier shall procure that no person who discloses any convictions, or who is found to have any convictions following the results of a Criminal Records Bureau check, is employed or engaged by the Supplier or on the Supplier’s behalf without the Authority’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Therefore, Shropdoc is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and this post may be subject to a Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
