Services and Products to be Provided. 1) Orientation Meeting - The Team will conduct an orientation session at the district to brief management and supervisory personnel on the procedures of the Team and on the purpose and schedule of the study.
Services and Products to be Provided. Participate in the Program Orientation convening in February 2004; Participate in a minimum of one mentor convening, to discuss the mentoring process and outcomes, and to assist CTEC is refining its mentoring program and assisting it in strategic planning for the expansion of networks throughout California; Provide resources and support to organizations requesting assistance, with CTEC matching organizations requesting information and or technical support with individual mentors. Based on the nature of the request, information and or technical assistance might be on a one-time basis or ongoing; Participate in quarterly as needed conferencing debriefings with CTEC staff through March 2004 - February 2005; Provide documentation of key technical assistance tools, processes or actions negotiated with organizations requesting technical support from CTEC; Maintain regular communication with CTEC staff and those organizations requesting technical support to debrief on challenges and outcomes related to their mentoring relationships; and Participate in sanctioned evaluation activities (self-assessments, impact assessments, mentor program refinement recommendations, etc.). The CTEC contact person for all issues related to its mentoring program is Xxxxxx Xxxx, Program Manager, who may be reached at 000-000-0000. Process for Allocating Mentor Services CTEC will be the contact point for all requests for mentoring services. Once contacted by a potential mentoring partner, CTEC will determine the most appropriate mentor. CTEC then will contact the mentor by telephone and/or email to discuss the mentoring request and the extent to which the request is a good ‘fit’ for the mentor. In the event that the Mentor is contacted initially by someone other than CTEC staff and is asked to provide mentoring services the mentor must notify the CTEC mentor contact to discuss and obtain written agreement that mentoring services on behalf of CTEC will be provided. Written agreement for all mentoring services may be made by letter, FAX, or email. Once the mentor accepts the assignment, CTEC will contact the requesting party and provide the name and contact information for the selected mentor. Payment and Reimbursement The allocation of CTEC pre-approved hours and total available funds for mentoring services provided by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall be as follows: hourly payment for direct provision of mentoring services shall be $75.00 per hour; the maximum total funding for mentoring services...
