Requesting information. If you are a TCP Customer and request it, we will provide all Billing information related to your Service (including, if you request it, itemised details of Charges associated with the Service) relating to up to 72 months prior to your request, provided that:
(a) for information relating to the 24 months prior to your request:
(i) we shall provide it through at least one medium (of our choice) free of charge; and
(ii) otherwise we may impose a Charge for providing the information, limited to the cost of the providing it;
(b) for information relating to a period between 24 and 72 months prior to your request, we may impose a Charge for providing the information, limited to the cost of the providing it;
(c) you may request provision of Billing information via other mediums and formats normally available from us and we may impose a Charge for providing the information in that way, limited to the cost of the providing it.
Requesting information. One party may possess relevant information that the other party may need to investigate and process the grievance. If either party requests such information in writing (and if the information sought is not confidential as defined by Guam statute or Federal law), the other party shall, absent extraordinary circumstances, provide the requested information within five (5) business days at the current duplication costs.

14.1 A Participating Agency may contact you, either orally or in writing, about your providing Services to the Participating Agency before it decides whether to enter into an Agency Purchase Agreement.

You may request, at any time during the extent of this Agreement, a copy of all personal information we hold on record about you to review its accuracy and provide any corrections as may be needed. Fox Lake and Manitoba will each, upon the written request of the Fox Lake Resource Management Board, Fox Lake or Manitoba, and subject to payment, unless waived, of any set fee or charge, provide the Fox Lake Resource Management Board with information within its control about matters being dealt with by or of interest to the Fox Lake Resource Management Board.
