Provide Documentation. The Project Manager provides the Customer with the following documents to help facilitate the service initiation process:  Implementation Questionnaire- gathers critical information needed to setup and initiate the service. This includes information on the toll free numbers call volume, APIs, account validation information, and the types of payments being gathered.  Remote Access Questionnaire- details information needed by Selectron Technologies to remotely access the Customer’s network and application database, prior to system initiation, to allow for complete system testing.  Implementation Timetable- details project schedule and details all project milestones.  Quality Assurance Test Plan- assists the Customer in determining that the interactive solution is functioning as specified in the Contract.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements.
