Mentoring Services. ‌ 20 CLIENTS are eligible to receive Mentoring Services if they are eligible to 21 receive RSS pursuant to this Agreement and if they have been residing in the U.S. for less than 22 one (1) year.
Mentoring Services. Licensee may purchase Mentoring Services by executing an Order Form for such Mentoring Services with ForgeRock. In the event that the performance of Mentoring Services requires travel to Licensee’s site, Licensee shall bear the cost of travel and related expenses and ForgeRock shall obtain Licensee’s prior written approval (which may be by email) for travel related expenses.
Mentoring Services. To the extent that Company is purchasing Training or Packaged Services under this Order Form, the Mentoring Services Schedule must be completed prior to signature of this Order Form and attached hereto.
Mentoring Services. The Mentor has agreed to provide mentoring services to the Mentee, under the terms of this agreement. XXXX’s involvement will be limited to identifying the Mentor, matching the Mentor with the Mentee; monitoring and evaluation of the mentoring progress. XXXX will not provide any additional services to the Mentor or the Mentee under this agreement. However, XXXX shall monitor the mentoring programme through regular follow-ups. In the event of a claim from any of the parties or in case of dispute between the Mentor and the Mentee, assistance from XXXX can be sought. The mentoring services will consist of regular meetings and/or phone calls and/or emails or other written/oral communications between the Mentor and the Mentee; the exact content, frequency and duration of those meetings will be as agreed between the Mentor and the Mentee. During the duration of this agreement, the Mentor agrees to provide mentoring services, on a one-on- one basis, to the Mentee. Over this period the Mentor and Xxxxxx will meet in person or talk via phone/internet. A face-to-face or online meeting shall be held at least once a month throughout the duration of the programme. Dates and venues will be mutually agreed. XXXX will not handle the scheduling of these meetings. Each party should give enough notice if the session has to be rescheduled. Outside the terms and the scope of this agreement, the Mentor shall not at any time be obliged to provide or continue to provide any mentoring services to the Mentee, but if and to the extent that they do so, such services will still be provided free of charge. The Mentee shall not at any time be obliged to request or receive mentoring services from the Mentor.

Any Mentoring Services shall be provided to Company on a mutually agreed to schedule, provided, that, Company shall provide ForgeRock(or Business Partners) with at least 2 weeks prior written notice (which may be by email) of its desired start date. Packaged Services ‘packages’ consisting of either 3 or 5 Days and such Days may only be used for the Packaged Services elected by Company on the applicable Order Form. As used herein “Day” means 8.0 hours.

Mentoring Services. 2.1 You acknowledge and agree that in order for you to benefit from the Mentoring Services under the terms of this Agreement, you must complete a “Mentoring Application”. The Mentoring Application will then undergo review by members of a panel appointed by CIMA and in accordance with such criteria and/or other information as such panel, acting reasonably, deems relevant and appropriate. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse membership to the Mentoring Programme to any person and we may undertake due diligence investigations which may include verifying your qualifications and/or experience. The CIMA panel will then be tasked with pairing you with an appropriate mentor, however other than facilitating the introduction of the parties for the purposes of the Mentoring Services, CIMA is not otherwise involved or responsible for the delivery of the Mentoring Services itself and has no responsibility over the standard or quality of such services. On this basis, you acknowledge and agree that in receiving Mentoring Services, the Mentor is not in any way CIMA “accredited”, and you shall not hold them out as such.
