Mentoring Services. 4.1 During the Term, BlueChilli will provide access to (“Mentoring Services”):
(a) various members of its staff for the purposes of providing guidance in relation to operational matters, including marketing and product development; and
(b) various opportunities to meet external mentors through BlueChilli’s network.
4.2 The Mentoring Services will be provided for no charge.
4.3 The Company and Founders acknowledge that as the Mentoring Services are shared with other participants in the Programme and other BlueChilli customers, there is no entitlement to any minimum level of Mentoring Services.
4.4 The Company and Founders agree that:
(a) any advice provided by BlueChilli or its personnel in relation to the Company and its business are merely suggestions only. It is the responsibility of the Founders and the Company to undertake their own investigations and verify the advice provided, and to not rely solely on that advice. BlueChilli disclaims any and all liability which it may have to the Company and the Founders in relation to any advice provided;
(b) although the Company and Founders may meet external mentors or advisors through BlueChilli, they agree that BlueChilli is not liable or responsible in any way for any act, omission or negligence of those external mentors or advisors; and
(c) any advice provided by external mentors introduced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and who are acting in their personal capacity based on their work experience is not to be taken as advice from their respective employers.
Mentoring Services. CONTRACTOR will match the company to mentors. Each company is allowed up to 10 hours of JETRO-subsidized support.
Mentoring Services. Company may purchase Mentoring Services by executing an Order Form for such Mentoring Services with ForgeRock. Any Mentoring Services shall be provided to Company on a mutually agreed to schedule, provided, that, Company shall provide ForgeRock(or Business Partners) with at least 2 weeks prior written notice (which may be by email) of its desired start date. Packaged Services ‘packages’ consisting of either 3 or 5 Days and such Days may only be used for the Packaged Services elected by Company on the applicable Order Form. As used herein “Day” means 8.0 hours.

The Mentor has agreed to provide mentoring services to the Mentee, under the terms of this agreement. ▇▇▇▇’s involvement will be limited to identifying the Mentor, matching the Mentor with the Mentee; monitoring and evaluation of the mentoring progress. ▇▇▇▇ will not provide any additional services to the Mentor or the Mentee under this agreement. However, ▇▇▇▇ shall monitor the mentoring programme through regular follow-ups. In the event of a claim from any of the parties or in case of dispute between the Mentor and the Mentee, assistance from ▇▇▇▇ can be sought. The mentoring services will consist of regular meetings and/or phone calls and/or emails or other written/oral communications between the Mentor and the Mentee; the exact content, frequency and duration of those meetings will be as agreed between the Mentor and the Mentee. During the duration of this agreement, the Mentor agrees to provide mentoring services, on a one-on- one basis, to the Mentee. Over this period the Mentor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will meet in person or talk via phone/internet. A face-to-face or online meeting shall be held at least once a month throughout the duration of the programme. Dates and venues will be mutually agreed. ▇▇▇▇ will not handle the scheduling of these meetings. Each party should give enough notice if the session has to be rescheduled. Outside the terms and the scope of this agreement, the Mentor shall not at any time be obliged to provide or continue to provide any mentoring services to the Mentee, but if and to the extent that they do so, such services will still be provided free of charge. The Mentee shall not at any time be obliged to request or receive mentoring services from the Mentor.
Mentoring Services. To the extent that Company is purchasing Training or Packaged Services under this Order Form, the Mentoring Services Schedule must be completed prior to signature of this Order Form and attached hereto.
