Requesting Party definition
Requesting Party means the Party to this Agreement submitting a request for or having received information from the requested Party;

Should the Requesting Party, based on reasonable grounds, deem any of the other Party’s R&D Personnel unfit, the other Party shall cooperate to identify a replacement for such objected to R&D Personnel.
