Rules for Grievance Processing. A. The written Grievance, shall at a minimum, contain the following: the specific article(s) and section(s) alleged to have been violated, the date of the alleged violation, the signature of UNIT member or UNION representative submitting the Grievance, the date on which the Grievance is submitted, and the requested remedy or correction action. It is the responsibility of UNIT member or UNION to submit a completed Grievance, any Grievance submitted with incomplete or missing information shall automatically be deemed moot. UNIT member or UNION may resubmit a completed grievance form to replace a previously incomplete grievance form; however, the time frame contemplated in any step will run from the date of the original Grievance submission and shall not otherwise be extended unless upon mutual agreement of the parties.
