Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:
Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.
Accrual Rate Compensatory time for employees will accrue at the rate of one and one-half hours for each one hour of overtime worked.

Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.
Average Annual Compensation The Executive's "Average Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the average level of compensation paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during the most recent five taxable years preceding the Date of Termination, including Base Salary and benefits and bonuses under any employee benefit plans of the Employers.
SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:
Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in three (3) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.
