Risks of Activity. Participant will be taking part in activities that can be hazardous and involve the risk of physical injury and/or death. The activities are inherently dangerous and Undersigned fully realizes the dangers of participating in the activities. The dangers and risks of the activities include, but are not limited to the condition of the premises and equipment, and the acts, omissions, representations, carelessness, and negligence of the Released Parties. Recognizing the risks and dangers, the Undersigned voluntarily chooses for Participant to participate in the activities and expressly assumes all risks and dangers of the participation in the activity, whether or not described above, known or unknown, inherent, or otherwise.

WARNING: UNDER COLORADO LAW, A SKIER ASSUMES THE RISK OF ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM ANY OF THE INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS OF SKIING AND MAY NOT RECOVER FROM ANY SKI AREA OPERATOR FOR ANY INJURY RESULTING FROM ANY OF THE INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS OF SKIING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS; EXISTING AND CHANGING SNOW CONDITIONS; BARE SPOTS; ROCKS; STUMPS; TREES; COLLISIONS WITH NATURAL OBJECTS; MAN-MADE OBJECTS, OR OTHER SKIERS; VARIATIONS IN TERRAIN; AND FAILURE OF TUBERS TO TUBE WITHIN THEIR OWN ABILITIES. UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE LIST OF DANGERS AND RISKS ABOVE IS NOT COMPLETE AND THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY IS DANGEROUS AND MAY INCLUDE OTHER DANGERS AND RISKS, including, without limitation, falling out the tube; be thrown out of tube, or otherwise leave the tube, tube collisions, struck by tubes, collisions with others, slips and falls, encounters with snowmobiles and/or other motor vehicles and equipment; lift loading, unloading, and riding; limited access to and/or delay of medical attention; mental distress from participation in the Activity; and negligence of others. Undersigned understand that there are dangers and risks involved in the decision-making and conduct of Resort employees involved with the Activity, including, but not limited to, the risk that an employee may misjudge Participant’s abilities, conditioning, or misjudge weather, terrain, snow conditions, route selection, location, or some aspect of Participant’s mental, emotional, or physical condition that may make a certain portion of the Activity appropriate or inappropriate for Participant.

Risks of Activity. I understand that this Activity may expose the Minor to certain risks and dangers. Some of these risks include, but are not limited to, the following: Weather conditions; The potential of criminal or injurious acts by others; Loss of valuable personal property; Personal injury resulting in serious, permanent physical injury, or even death, resulting from accident, the negligent acts of third parties, natural disasters or acts of God; And also the following risks specific to this Activity: Exposure to non-toxic Chemicals, Use of Equipment powered by electricity, Exposure to live microorganisms (Biosafety level-1 Agents not associated with disease in healthy adult humans.)
Risks of Activity. By signing this Waiver, I acknowledge that my participation in The Cheer Camp is entirely voluntary, and understand that such participation involves a risk of injury and/or death due to certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, the following: contact with other individuals participating in The Cheer Camp, contact with the floor, walls, goals, posts, or equipment which are part of the playing area, strenuous exertions, quick movements, and/or sustained physical activity, the terrain, facilities, weather, vehicular traffic, and the actions or instructions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, and coaches. Additional risks and dangers associated with the Activity include but are not limited to: camping and hiking which may include steep, rocky, slippery terrain, stream crossings, poisonous or dangerous plants, insects, or animals, exposure to natural elements, use of toilet facilities, eating and being out of doors for extended periods of time. Outdoor activities include archery, rifle shooting, and axe-throwing; Participant hereby understands and acknowledges the physical rigors associated with the above-referenced activities and/or use of such equipment and understand that participation involves risks and dangers which include, without limitation, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, strains, fractures, heart attack or death, inaccessibility of medical care, dangers arising from adverse weather conditions, inadequate safety measures, participants of varying skill levels, situations beyond the immediate control of the Alaska Ministry Network, other undefined harm or damage which may not be readily foreseeable, and other presently unknown risks and dangers (collectively the “Risks”). Participant understands these Risks may be caused in whole or in part by Particoiwpn aactnionts’ors inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities. I have made my own investigation of these risks, understand these risks, and assume them knowingly and willingly.
