Water flow definition

Water flow means the flow of water provided by the City to the user of the City’s sewage collection facilities, as measured by a flow meter installed at the point of departure from the City’s water main.
Water flow means the minimum quantity of water required for domestic use or fire fighting, whichever is higher, at a specified building, development or site, expressed in continuous gallons per minute at twenty (20) pounds per square inch residual pressure for a designated duration of time.
