Released Parties definition

Released Parties means Defendant and its present and former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, manufacturers, re-sellers, distributors, brokers, service providers, employees, agents, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors, or assigns.

Released Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Released Parties means the Released Defendant Parties and the Released Plaintiff Parties.

• This release will be as to the Released Parties, which shall include EdNet Career Institute (dba Xxxxxxxx Private Security), and each of its former and present directors, officers, shareholders, owners, members, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, assigns, subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

• The Undersigned agree that the Released Parties are authorized and shall have the right to charge the Undersigned’s credit card for any sums owed.

• Released Parties shall have no liability to Class Counsel or any other Plaintiffs Counsel arising from any claim to any portion any Class Counsel Fee Payment and/or Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment.

• Undersigned agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by the Released Parties to collect any sums due or to enforce any term of this agreement.

• In addition to the release in section 6.2 and 6.3, upon the Effective Date and fully funding of the Gross Settlement Amount, Plaintiff and his respective former and present spouses, representatives, agents, attorneys, heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns generally, shall fully and finally release and discharge Released Parties from all claims, transactions, or occurrences, known or unknown, accrued or unaccrued, that he may have against Defendant and Released Parties.

Released Parties is defined in Section 6.02(d) of the Servicing Agreement.

Released Parties means the Company and its past, present and future parents, subsidiaries, divisions, successors, predecessors, employee benefit plans and affiliated or related companies, and also each of the foregoing entities’ past, present and future owners, officers, directors, stockholders, investors, partners, managers, principals, members, committees, administrators, sponsors, executors, trustees, fiduciaries, employees, agents, assigns, representatives and attorneys, in their personal and representative capacities. Each of the Released Parties is an intended beneficiary of this Release.

Released Parties means the Deed Administrators, the Administrators, the Group Deed Administrators, the Group Administrators, the Ad Hoc Committee (in their capacity acting as the Ad Hoc Committee, and not as Group Creditors), the AFF Financiers (in their capacity acting as the AFF Financiers, and not as Group Creditors), the Advisers, the Administrative Parties, and in each case, their Related Parties, and Holdco and Opco and their past, present and future officers, directors and employees;

Released Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

Released Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(f) of the Servicing Agreement.

Released Parties means the Released Defendant Parties and the Released Plaintiff Parties collectively.

Released Parties shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.11.
