Released Parties definition

Released Parties means Defendant and its respective predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, departments, and any and all of its past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, equity holders, stockholders, partners, servants, agents, successors, attorneys, representatives, insurers, reinsurers, subrogees and assigns of any of the foregoing. Each of the Released Parties may be referred to individually as a “Released Party.”
Released Parties means the Released Defendant Parties and the Released Plaintiff Parties.
Released Parties is defined in Section 6.02(d) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Such facts, if known by them, might have affected the decision to settle with the Defendants or the Released Parties, or the decision to release, relinquish, waive, and discharge the Released Claims, or the decision of a Class Member not to object to the Settlement.

Released Parties means the Company and its past, present and future parents, subsidiaries, divisions, successors, predecessors, employee benefit plans and affiliated or related companies, and also each of the foregoing entities’ past, present and future owners, officers, directors, stockholders, investors, partners, managers, principals, members, committees, administrators, sponsors, executors, trustees, fiduciaries, employees, agents, assigns, representatives and attorneys, in their personal and representative capacities. Each of the Released Parties is an intended beneficiary of this Release.
