Reseller License. 1.1 Anchore grants to Reseller a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable, nonsublicensable, and limited license to Resell Products and Services to End-Users in the Territory during the Term, solely as set forth in and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, (i) Reseller will in no event Resell Products to any party for ultimate use outside the Territory; (ii) Reseller acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing license is limited solely to those specific Products and Services identified on Exhibit A hereto (and any subsequent versions or releases of those specific products listed on Exhibit A), which hereby is incorporated by reference herein (“Exhibit A”) and shall not apply to any other products or services of, or subsequently released by, Anchore (unless mutually agreed by the Parties in writing) and (iii) the foregoing license is limited solely to Reseller and does not include the right, license, or authority to grant any sublicenses hereunder or thereunder or appoint any sub-resellers or sub-distributors without the prior written consent of Anchore, which may be withheld in Anchore’s sole discretion.
Reseller License. SevenCs hereby grants to Reseller for the term of this Agreement the non-exclusive right to use, sublicense and distribute the In-scope Products supplied by SevenCs according to this Agreement in the Territory solely in the object code in each case. Reseller is not entitled to modify, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or derive source code form the Products except to the extent permitted by law. The Reseller may not transfer such right to any third party.
Reseller License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Hyland grants Partner a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicenseable right during the Term to (a) market and sell the Alfresco Products to End Users in the Territory; (b) use the Alfresco Products for purposes of demonstrating the Alfresco Products and their capabilities to End Users and prospective End Users; and (c) use the Alfresco Products for internal development and testing use on non-production systems solely in connection with the demonstration uses authorized above. Any other use, including without limitation use relating to any development or modification of any Partner products or services, requires a separate license. Partner expressly agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly distribute, install, ship or provide services related to the Alfresco Products outside the Territory. If Partner receives any order or request for information about the Alfresco Products from outside the Territory, Partner will promptly refer such order or request to Hyland. If at any time Hyland reasonably determines the laws of any country may adversely impact Xxxxxx’x ability to distribute Alfresco Products in that country, Hyland reserves the right to suspend Partner’s right to distribute the Alfresco Products or Promotional Materials in that country upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Partner’s rights with respect to the affected country may be reinstated upon written notification from Hyland.
Reseller License. Reseller is hereby granted the personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to order the products and/or services set out below, either directly from BlackBerry or from an Authorized Distributor, and to promote, market and resell such products and/or services directly to Customers located in the Territory(ies) provided that such right may only be exercised: (i) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (ii) while the Reseller is authorized to purchase products and/or services pursuant to this Agreement.
Reseller License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cipherloc grants to Reseller during the Term an exclusive, non-transferable right and license to market and distribute the Products, alone or in combination with Services offered by either Cipherloc or Reseller, directly to End Users for use solely within the Territory. Services to be provided directly by Reseller to End User in conjunction with the Products will be the subject of independent offerings by Reseller alone and will be governed solely by the terms and conditions of separate agreements entered into between Reseller and the End User. For Services provided directly by Cipherloc to End User, including but not limited to Maintenance and Support Services, the End User may be required, in Cipherloc’s sole discretion, to enter into an agreement directly with Cipherloc only, Reseller only, or both Cipherloc and Reseller. Reseller agrees to abide by Cipherloc’s direction on such End User contracting requirements for Services to be provided directly by Cipherloc to End User, provided such direction has been given in writing by Cipherloc to Reseller (which direction may be modified, in Cipherloc’s sole discretion and Reseller’s agreement, from time to time effective immediately upon receipt by Reseller.
Reseller License. Nortel hereby grants to Rainmaker, for the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to sell and market the Service Contracts to the Target Market within the Territory, Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, such license shall not apply to Service Contracts listed in Exhibit B as "Excluded Service Contracts" ("Excluded Service Contracts') or to Service Contracts to which any of the business entities set forth on Exhibit B as "Restricted Accounts" are a party.
Reseller License. In addition to the OEM License, SalesLogix hereby grants to OEM Partner a non-exclusive, worldwide license to market and distribute the Licensed Materials apart from OEM Bundling Products on a stand-alone basis. In such case OEM Partner shall act as a "reseller" of SIS and shall use SalesLogix's trademark names to refer to the Licensed Materials. In all cases where OEM Partner acts as a reseller, Section 4.1.3 shall apply and OEM Partner shall comply with the Reseller provisions set forth in EXHIBIT 3.
Reseller License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, InterWorld grants Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non- assignable and terminable right to market and resell copies of the InterWorld Products, in the exclusive and non-exclusive territories set forth on the attached Exhibit A, to Licensee's customers ("End Users") for their internal business purposes only.
Reseller License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xenit grants Partner a nonexclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicenseable right during the Term to (a) market and sell the Xxxxxx Products to End Users in the Territory;

Reseller acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted hereunder to distribute and sell Products are limited solely to those specific products identified on Exhibit A hereto (and any subsequent versions or releases of those specific products listed on Exhibit A) and shall not apply to any other products subsequently released by Anchore (unless mutually agreed by the parties in writing). The grant of rights under this Section 1.1 is restricted to Reseller and does not include the right to appoint any sub-resellers or sub-distributors without the prior written consent of Anchore, which may be withheld in its sole discretion.
