Server License. We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).
Server License. This is a Licence under the DSTYPE FOUNDRY Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Server License. There are two options for server-based licenses.
Server License. If the License Instrument indicates that You have received a Server license for the Licensed Software, You may use such Licensed Software in the quantities and at the Use Levels on no more than the number of physical Server(s) for the applicable Tier and the applicable operating system platform, as indicated within the Licensed Instrument.
Server License. Licensee is granted the non-transferable, non-exclusive, and perpetual right to use the program on a fixed number of production servers. A production server is a single computer run by licensee (e.g., a Web server). For the server license the total number of machines is taken into account, while the number of users accessing the server is irrelevant. The total number of CPU's is also irrelevant (e.g., two dual-processor machines plus a single-processor machine results in a total machine count of three). A purchased server license may be transferred to another server if no two servers are driven concurrently under the same license agreement.
Server License. Licensee may install the Software on the number of central processing units (CPUs) specified on the Order Document and allow access by an unlimited number of Users. Licensee may install, de-install and move the Software among Licensee’s various Computers so long as the number of CPU concurrent installations at no time exceeds the number designated on the Order Document;
Server License. A Server License grants the right to use a Server Product on one (1) Licensed Server.
Server License. Allows Application built with Software to be deployed to a single Server per License. Please note that a “Server” is defined below as a non-user physical or Virtual computer, configured with the intention of multiple users accessing it as a service, or as a background service run as an automated process for any kind of service that has Software loaded into the server’s RAM. Each Server license allows a single installation to a Production Server and a single installation to a Non-Production server or two installations to a Non-Production server. Included in the purchase of each Server License is one years worth of maintenance as defined in section 6 at 25% of the purchase price
Server License. 2.9.1. Definition A server license (the “Server License”) is required to install and use the Font Software on servers for any use specified in your Order.
Server License. When the Software is licensed on a Server basis, the Software may be loaded onto a single computer with up to four (4) Processors or CPUs. A multi-core chip Processor with N processor cores shall be counted as follows: the first processor core in each physical CPU shall be counted as 1 Processor, and each incremental processor core in each physical CPU shall be counted as 0.5 Processor.
