Reporting of Students i) The School agrees to report its student enrollment to the Sponsor as provided in sections 1011.62, F.S., and in accordance with the definitions in section 1011.61, F.S. The Sponsor agrees to include the School's enrollment in the Sponsor's report of student enrollment.

Reporting of Students. The School shall report its student enrollment to the Sponsor in accordance with all applicable state laws. The Sponsor shall include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s report of student enrollment. In order to facilitate the School’s reporting requirements as reflected in the legislation and in order to provide continuous data for students participating in the School, the parties agree that the School will utilize the Sponsor’s electronic data processing facility and procedures for the processing of student enrollment, attendance, FTE collection, and assessment information. The School will also make provisions, at their expense, for network communications between the parties by the use of the Sponsor’s private network. This will then allow the School to use the Sponsor’s electronic mail system and other administrative (student and/or business oriented) systems as required by Florida Statutes. The School accepts responsibility and will purchase appropriate hardware to integrate with the Sponsor’s network, e-mail, and administrative systems. The Sponsor will provide training for the School personnel in the use of designated district applications necessary to respond to the legislative requirements of §1008.33, F.S. and §1008.34, F.S., including the
Reporting of Students. (1) The School shall submit to the Sponsor an estimate of full-time equivalent students for the succeeding school year by November 15 of the current school year.
Reporting of Students. Each Participating District shall report to the U.S. Department of Education all of the federally connected children in attendance at schools within the jurisdiction of each respective district solely for purposes of claiming and collecting impact aid for such children, in accordance with the provisions of authorizing federal legislation. Each Participating District agrees to submit all required reports and applications to the federal government in a timely manner so as to collect said impact aid, including the Application for Impact Aid as published annually by the U.S. Department of Education.

Reporting of Students. All third grade students who scored Level One on the Grade 3 FCAT Reading and are promoted to fourth grade must be reported for Grade Promotion Status as ―A- promoted to a higher grade without meeting levels of performance for pupil progression based on limited circumstances for exceptions or good cause.‖ All of these students must also be reported using the data element for Grade Promotion Status: Good Cause Exemption with one of the six good cause exemptions provided by Florida law. The School agrees to work with the Sponsor to accurately input data to reflect the number of students retained in all grade levels.
Reporting of Students. The School agrees to use data provided through its participation with the Sponsor in electronic data processing systems pertaining to admissions, registration, and student records. The School will accurately report its student enrollment to the Sponsor as re- quired in Section 1011.62, Florida Statutes, and in accordance with the definitions in Section 1011.61, Florida Statutes, at the agreed upon intervals and using the method used by the Sponsor when recording and reporting cost data by program. The Sponsor agrees to include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s district report of student enrollment. In order to receive full funding, the School shall provide all required information within the same schedule required for all other of Sponsor’s schools. School agrees to complete initial enrollment and provide a report of enrolled students by July 18th of 2011, if the school commences operations for the 2011-2012 school year, or by May 27th of 2012, if the school uses the 2011-2012 school year for planning and commences operation for the 2012-2013 school year, and by May 27th of each year thereaf- ter. In the months of July and August, such reports shall be provided weekly by submission each Monday of the month until such time as the school year begins. The reports required by this pa- ragraph shall include each student’s name, grade, student identification number and date of birth. Both parties agree to explore the possibility of the School uploading this information electroni- cally to the Sponsor’s student database increase efficiency. School will, by July 1 of the year in which the School shall commence operations, designate a staff member who will attend all FTE and data training workshops offered by Sponsor in order to facilitate the registration process.
