Schedule Required Clause Samples
The 'Schedule Required' clause mandates that a specific schedule or timeline must be provided as part of the agreement or project documentation. Typically, this means that the parties are obligated to submit a detailed plan outlining key dates, milestones, or deliverables before work commences or as a condition for proceeding. For example, a contractor may need to provide a construction schedule, or a supplier might be required to submit a delivery timetable. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of timeframes, helping to coordinate activities and manage expectations, thereby reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings.
