Full Funding definition

Full Funding means, with respect to each Unit Purchaser, payment in full by such Unit Purchaser of that portion of the total Funding Amount set forth opposite such Unit Purchaser’s name on Exhibit A to the Preferred Unit Purchase Agreement (or, in the event that a Unit Purchaser breaches its obligations under the Preferred Unit Purchase Agreement to fund the total Funding Amount set forth opposite such Unit Purchaser’s name on Exhibit A to the Preferred Unit Purchase Agreement after such funding has been properly called in accordance with the terms of the Preferred Unit Purchase Agreement, the date that is three (3) Business Days after such proper call for funding).
Full Funding means the sum of commitments to fund, from sources deemed by the Commission to be creditworthy, plus Commission cash-on-hand, plus any institution of a tariff or an agreement to impose user fees not subject to further approvals (if any), plus such other sources of funding deemed certain to be available as and when required, found by the Commission to be sufficient to facilitate the project or a discrete component thereof which is beneficial to the public.

More Definitions of Full Funding

Full Funding has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Full Funding means the sum of commitments to fund, from sources deemed by the Commission to be creditworthy, plus Commission cash-on-hand, plus such other sources of funding deemed certain to be available as and when required, found by the Commission to be sufficient to Facilitate the Gateway Program.
Full Funding means all of the Company Equity Securities with respect to the Purchase Commitment have been purchased by Wind Acquisition and issued by the Company as contemplated under the Subscription Agreement.
Full Funding means travel and lodging costs, registration fees, per diem, and any other costs of attendance agreed upon in advance by the Board of Directors or House of Delegates. All members of the ISI Delegation shall be supported equally and no discrimination on any basis shall be permitted. Additional costs may be reimbursed by ISI as approved by the Board of Directors or House of Delegates.

  • Initial Funding means the funding of the initial Loans or issuance of the initial Letters of Credit upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.01 and 6.02.

  • the CE of Skills Funding means the Chief Executive of Skills Funding;

  • Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.

  • Subordinated Shareholder Funding means, collectively, any funds provided to the Issuer by any Parent, any Affiliate of any Parent or any Permitted Holder or any Affiliate thereof, in exchange for or pursuant to any security, instrument or agreement other than Capital Stock, in each case issued to and held by any of the foregoing Persons, together with any such security, instrument or agreement and any other security or instrument other than Capital Stock issued in payment of any obligation under any Subordinated Shareholder Funding; provided, however, that such Subordinated Shareholder Funding:

  • CFA means the Central finance Assistance to be provided by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Urja Suraksha xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (PM-XXXXX) scheme as per the Guidelines for Implementation of Feeder Level Solarisation under Component-C of PM- XXXXX Scheme issued on date 4-12-2020 with subsequent amendment/s, if any. “Changein Law” shallhavethemeaningascribedtheretoinArticle12of thisAgreement; “Commercial Operation Date(COD)” shallmeanthedate certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as perprovisionsofthis Agreement)ofthe project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Pre-Funding Period The period from the Closing Date until the earlier of (i) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account is reduced to less than $50,000 or (ii) June 29, 2007.

  • CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Sub-Investment Manager means for each Fund any sub-investment manager or sub-investment managers indicated in the relevant Supplement and any sub-investment manager that the relevant Investment Manager may appoint in the future to manage the Fund, provided that disclosure of any such sub-investment managers appointed by the Investment Managers will be provided to Shareholders upon request and details thereof will be disclosed in the periodic reports to Shareholders, and provided further that each Sub-Investment Manager may appoint a sub-investment manager/advisor to manage/advise any portion of the assets of any Fund to which it has been appointed Sub-Investment Manager in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Rules;

  • student loan means a loan towards a student's maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student's bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • Project Funding means the funding for the Services;

  • Residual Funding Facility means any funding arrangement with a financial institution or institutions or other lenders or purchasers under which advances are made to the Company or any Subsidiary based upon residual, subordinated or retained interests in Receivables Entities or any of their respective securities, debt instruments or other Indebtedness.

  • SLC means HMC Senior Communities, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successor Crestline Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation, and its successors and assigns.

  • Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule F that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the LHIN to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in Schedule A;

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • CDO Asset Manager with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CDO, shall mean the entity that is responsible for managing or administering a Note as an underlying asset of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, as an asset of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the holder of such Note).

  • SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
