Reporting of Sick Leave. The employee will call in sick or returning in accordance with Article 14.05 to the designated employer for purposes of payment. For purposes of notification of absence, the employee will notify the appropriate home in accordance with Article 14.05 of their absence that shift.
Reporting of Sick Leave. 39 An employee who has a position which requires a replacement during 40 illness must notify the supervisor on duty in sufficient time (at least one (1) hour) before 41 the beginning of his or her shift so that a replacement may be obtained. Other employees 42 must notify their immediate supervisor, if available, or work site no later than fifteen (15) 1 minutes before their scheduled starting time. Failure to so report may result in loss of pay 2 for the day involved.
Reporting of Sick Leave. A. An employee shall, by his/her scheduled starting time, notify his/her supervisor or designated contact person of any absence due to illness.

Employees will notify the Employer in the normal manner of an expected absence from work prior to the commencement of their normal starting time or as soon as it is practical thereafter. Reporting of Sick Leave. Employees shall report absence due to sickness or disability to their supervisor as soon as possible or shall have someone do so on their behalf. Upon return to work the employee shall be required to complete the University's sick leave reporting form.

Except where extenuating circumstances prevent immediate notification, employees shall report to their supervisor by phone or voicemail at provided contact number, absence due to sickness or disability prior to the scheduled start of their shift. If leaving a voicemail, the employee must provide a call back number at which the supervisor can reach the employee. Failure to do so may be cause for denial of sick leave. Upon return to work the employee shall be required to complete the University's sick leave reporting form.

Reporting of Sick Leave. 27 An employee who must be absent by reason of illness or injury shall make 28 reasonable effort to notify their immediate manager and dispatcher or dispatcher after 29 hours number at least one (1) hour before the beginning of their scheduled shift. If calling 30 and the dispatcher is not available, the employee needs to leave a message or voicemail 31 at the time of the call.
Reporting of Sick Leave. The sick leave usage and accrual shall be provided in writing, monthly, and distributed with the employee pay check in a pay envelope.
