Grade 3. An employee at this level will have proven and demonstrated skills that will allow the employee to perform effectively at this level. Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this grade may perform are the following. • Requires a South Australian boiler attendants certificate • Work includes all that is stated in Grades 1 and 2; • Ability to operate all plant and equipment on-site-, • General cleanliness and hygiene; • Product quality, safety and security, • Observance of company risk management standards; • Further training to enhance skills is required.
Grade 3. May work under limited supervision with checking related to overall progress. May be responsible for the work of others. Work requires in depth knowledge of some areas and a broad range of skills. Work may require some discretion and judgement.
