REPORT OF ACCIDENTS. An employee involved in any work-related accident occurring during the course of employment shall immediately report the accident, and any physical injury sustained (if any), to the Employer. Unless expressly excused by the Employer, such report shall be made in writing, on such form(s) as may be furnished by the Employer, before the start of the employee's next shift. The employee shall then also provide the Employer with the names and addresses of all known witnesses to the accident. An employee's failure to comply with the requirements of this Section will subject the employee to disciplinary action by the Employer.

REPORT OF ACCIDENTS. The Trade Contractor shall promptly report to the Owner in writing any accident occurring on or off the Project site that relates to the Trade Contractor's Work and in no event later than twenty-four hours after such accident occurs and shall, in addition, immediately give notice by telephone or messenger of any accident resulting in death or serious personal injury or property damage. Such report shall include all known details of the circumstances, the nature and extent of any injuries or property damage, the names of all witnesses and other persons who may have knowledge of the circumstances of the accident and such other details as the Owner or its insurers shall require.

Contractor shall immediately report to L3Harris any accident, injury to, or illness of any of Contractor's employees occurring on premises owned, occupied or controlled by L3Harris. In the case of any fatality or serious accident, the Contractor shall, in addition, notify the Engineer immediately by the quickest available means. The Contractor shall also notify the relevant authority whenever the Laws of Kenya require such a report.

  • Reports of Accidents Within 24 hours after Engineer becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of the Engineer), whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the Engineer or any employee or agent of the Engineer and which arises in any manner from the performance of this Contract, the Engineer shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the County, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto.
