Reimbursement for personnel will be based on personnel rates on file with the Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) at the time of the incident and reimbursement methodologies outlined in the California Fire Assistance Agreement (CFAA).

All appropriate documentation, as outlined above, must be maintained on file by the Applicant and available for Cal OES or public scrutiny upon request.
The grant required a Steering Committee be established with mandatory representation from several County departments, specific Cal OES funded projects, courts, and local law enforcement.
Such extension may be based upon remaining initial funding under this Agreement or funding of which Los Gatos remains in control of from Cal OES funds or other assets.
