Reports of Accidents. Within 24 hours after Engineer becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of the Engineer), whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the Engineer or any employee or agent of the Engineer and which arises in any manner from the performance of this Contract, the Engineer shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the County, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. The Engineer shall also immediately send the County a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon the Engineer, its agents, employees, or representatives, or received by it or them, in connection with any matter before any court arising in any manner from the Engineer’s performance of work under this Contract.

Within twenty-four (24) hours after A/E becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of A/E), whether or not it results from, or involves, any action or failure to act by A/E or any employee or agent of A/E and which arises in any manner from the performance of this Agreement, A/E shall send a written report of such accident or other event to County, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. A/E shall also immediately send to County a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon A/E, its agents, employees, or representatives, or received by it or them, in connection with any matter before any court arising in any manner from A/E’s performance of work under this Agreement.

Within 24 hours after USER becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of the USER), whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the USER or any employee or agent of the USER and which arises in any manner relating to the USER’s use of the Authorized Area, the USER shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the COUNTY, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. The USER shall also immediately send the County a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon the USER, its agents, employees, or representatives, or received by it or them, in connection with any matter before any court arising in any manner from the USER’s use of the Authorized Area under this Agreement.
Reports of Accidents. Owner and Customer will immediately provide written notice to each other of all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to employees or third parties, or damage to property arising out of or during the course of the performance under this Agreement and, as soon as practical, will furnish each other with a copy of all reports made by any insurance underwriter or reports to others of such accidents or occurrences.
Reports of Accidents. If a vehicle furnished by Lessor to Lessee pursuant to this agreement is involved in any accident, Lessee shall cause its agents and employees to notify Lessor as soon as available with respect to GreenMan's accident reporting policies. Lessee understanxx xxx xxxloyee is to report the incident to Police/Rescue Service as may be necessary first and foremost, to ensure the safety of personnel and property, then GreenMan's Safety department/Supervisor upon which, GreexXxx'x Xxxety department will coordinate with Lessee. Xxxxxxxxer, as soon as practical, Lessee shall supply to Lessor a written report, giving all information relative to the accident. Lessee shall cooperate fully in any investigation and defense of all claims made which arise out of the accident. Lessee shall promptly deliver to Lessor any and all papers, notices, summonses, processes and documents whatsoever served upon or delivered to Lessee or Lessee's agents in connection with any claim, suit or action relative to Lessee, which arises out of the use of the vehicle.

Contractor will report promptly to Buyer any accident or unusual occurrence during performance of the Work, including personal injury or death to any Contractor Personnel or any member of the public, or any damage to any of Buyer’s property, the Site, or adjacent property. Reports of personal injury or death will be made verbally within three (3) hours to Buyer’s Designated Representative. Contractor will submit a copy of all accident reports to Buyer’s Designated Representative within twenty-four (24) hours after an accident. Upon discovery of the occurrence of any event that may constitute an emergency situation or an immediate endangerment to public health, welfare, or the environment, Contractor will immediately verbally notify all parties required by Health and Safety Laws and Environmental Laws, including the National Response Center, and will also immediately notify (but in any event no later than eight (8) hours after discovery of the event) Buyer’s Designated Representative. In the event Buyer’s Designated Representative is unavailable, and in any event, Contractor will provide written notice to Buyer to be received no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the occurrence or discovery of the event. The written notice will include a detailed description of the event, including the time and location at which the event occurred or was discovered, and any known causes of the event, any actions taken, or to be taken, to stop or mitigate the event.

Within Twenty Four (24) hours after Tenant becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any person in, on or around the Premises, whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the Tenant, the Tenant shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the Landlord, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. The Tenant shall also immediately send the Landlord a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon the Tenant or received by it in connection with any matter before any court arising in relation to any injury to the person or property of any person in, on or around the Premises.
