Removal of Contractor Personnel. The County reserves the right to request the removal of specific Contractor personnel from providing services under this Contract. The County is not required to provide any reason for requesting the removal of any specific personnel.

Removal of Contractor Personnel. It is understood that all personnel assigned by the Contractor to the performance of work hereunder must be acceptable to the Government in terms of personal and professional conduct. Any person in the Contractor’s organization, who is deemed by the Contracting Officer or the COR to conflict with the interest of the Government, shall be immediately removed from this contract. The reason for removal shall be fully documented in writing by the COR or DOT Office of Security through the CO. Any security violations, denials or revocations of security clearance may be construed as grounds for immediate removal from the premises and the contract.
Removal of Contractor Personnel. If County objects to any Contractor Personnel for being unprofessional, inept, incompetent, or any other reasonable cause, then Contractor shall, upon notice from County, remove any such individual(s) from performance of Services. In the event of such a removal, Contractor shall promptly replace the individual but, in the case of personnel who are named as key in the Project Scope and Requirements, the parties will reach agreement as to when such individual will be removed; any such replacement will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days from such removal. "Key" personnel shall include but not be limited to the Contractor's Project Manager, Technical Lead, Financial Lead, and Human Resources Lead. Regardless of any such replacements, Contractor remains responsible for timely performing the tasks and responsibilities contained in the Contract Documents.
Removal of Contractor Personnel. The Authority may require, in writing, that the Contractor remove or terminate any Contractor, Subcontractor, consultant or supplier personnel that the Authority deems objectionable. If the Authority requires removal or termination without cause, the Contractor shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the “Changes” clause (Section 17) of the General Provisions. The Authority shall be deemed to have removed or terminated a person for cause if the Authority determines, in its sole discretion, that such Person is not performing the Work safely, properly and/or skillfully, or is disruptive, intemperate, or disorderly. In such cases the Contractor is not entitled to a Contract Price or schedule adjustment.

Any person in the Contractor’s organization, or in any subcontractor’s organization, who is deemed by the CO or the COR to conflict with the interest of the Government, shall be immediately removed from this contract. Any security violations, denials or revocations of security clearance may be construed as grounds for immediate removal from the premises and the contract. Further, the Government shall have the right to cause the Contractor to replace any individual who is determined by the Government to be a security risk, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is physically or mentally impaired to the extent that they cannot perform the tasks established by the contract. Such determination will be made at the sole discretion of the Military Service Headquarters Manager who will then report findings to OSD who will then subsequently report findings to the CO. Such determination shall not relieve the Contractor from meeting the performance requirements of this contract.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Removal of Contractor Employee All employees of the Engineer assigned to this contract shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. The State may instruct the Engineer to remove any employee from association with work authorized in this contract if, in the sole opinion of the State, the work of that employee does not comply with the terms of this contract or if the conduct of that employee becomes detrimental to the work.

  • Removal of Personnel TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Supplier Personnel The Customer and Supplier agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Supplier ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Call Off Schedule 10 (Staff Transfer) shall apply. The Supplier shall not and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall not take any step (expressly or implicitly and directly or indirectly by itself or through any other person) without the prior written consent of the Customer to dissuade or discourage any employees engaged in the provision of the Services from transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor. During the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall: give the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor reasonable access to the Supplier's personnel and/or their consultation representatives to present the case for transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or to discuss or consult on any measures envisaged by the Customer, Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor in respect of persons expected to be Transferring Supplier Employees; co-operate with the Customer and the Replacement Supplier to ensure an effective consultation process and smooth transfer in respect of Transferring Supplier Employees in line with good employee relations and the effective continuity of the Services. The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect. The Supplier shall not for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of transfer re-employ or re-engage or entice any employees, suppliers or Sub-Contractors whose employment or engagement is transferred to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier except that this paragraph 10.5 shall not apply where an offer is made pursuant to an express right to make such offer under Call Off Schedule 10.1 (Staff Transfer) in respect of a Transferring Supplier Employee not identified in the Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List.

  • Removal of Employees City may request Contractor immediately remove from assignment to the City any employee found unfit to perform duties at the City. Contractor shall comply with all such requests.
